Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a reservation up to 24 hours prior to the trip check-in time without any penalty. Any reservation canceled within 24 hours before the check-in time may be subject to a charge of 50% of the trip price. No shows will be charged the full cost of the trip. We are also happy to reschedule if you are unable to make your check-in time. Simply call or e-mail to reschedule or to confirm your cancellation.
